Yesterday when trying to find internet I met a retired Police Commissionaire. A fine and wise man. He has great regard for the British legacy to Kenya, law, education, infrastructural and modern civilisation. Thank you so much Commissionaire for your generous words. I am in touch with the entire Kenyan Police Force. I have made contact with the Police Commissionaire in Kisumu. The force is with me.
