I reached Coventry early on this morning of July 10th. Last night I was camped on the tow path of the Coventry canal. I was up and on the tow path at 3:15am. Yesterday I picked up my first puncture, a thorn was the problem. It was only good fortune that I ended up on the Ashby canal/Coventry canal. I stopped to talk to a couple of fellow cyclists and they suggested the route to me.
